Sally Oliver CHEF OWNER/GMSally Oliver, Owner of The House of Wines 11years and counting. After completing degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality and Restaurant Management at the New England Culinary Institute, Sally managed restaurants in the Boston area including a French Fine Dining restaurant in the financial district. Her menus are French American with an emphasis on a freshly prepared and classically inspired dishes that are beverage driven. Sally works to continually expand and improve the wine and beer selections within a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
